A beautiful hotel with amazing views. My room had a sun porch with views of the ocean and the Picos. The staff were exceptional and my room was perfectly maintained. With the old, thick walls and double doors, it was totally quiet at night.

The pictures on the website are only obviously from a decade ago when you arrive on site. The drive through the entrance gate only installs you with dread as the spacious gardens are overgrown and laid to pasture. We checked in at reception …

The rooms were clean, however, the bed was hard and rather dated. The service was superb! The lobby was impressive and the breakfast was good. The hotel had a nice view, but it was not walking distance to any sights. Parking is available.

I spent one night here while I was on surfing trip. The spanish-dutch girl who was at the counter was so kind. Hotel is very well located, right at the bottom of a beautiful mountain and next to the sea. The only contra I did not see elevator or any handicap-accesible ramp for disable people. In any case nice place to spend few days in the area.

The hotel is beautiful. The common sitting rooms are comfortable and welcoming. The best part is the staff are super attentive, accommodating and speak English well. And all at a reasonable price.
